With more than 30 years of expertise in strategic, corporate, commercial, financial and project management, Peter has a passion for growing and improving businesses through innovation and effective engagement of all key stakeholders, and mentoring business owners, senior managers and executives. His experience includes work in a variety of industries including energy and utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, professional services, and wholesale and retail.
Prior to consulting, Peter held executive and senior level management positions within the public & private sectors. Peter’s experience includes leading corporate functions in Corporate Development, Corporate Services and Finance, as well as leading complex projects. He has brought about significant change in the performance of organisations by motivating and inspiring, to create constructive cultures based on cohesive and empowered teams, resulting in effective and lasting change.
Throughout his career, he has been known as a change agent who delivers on challenging projects. He has also developed a reputation for being a straight-talking courageous leader with empathy, humility, authenticity, and the ability to engage and work with people across all levels of an organisation, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
